The HOA and the CDD get mixed up all the time. The HOA looks after your
individual property, the rules about paint colors, fences, and yards. The
CDD takes care of what we all share: our pool, clubhouse, courts, trails,
and ponds. This seat is on the CDD.
SOMEONE HAS TO READ THE INVOICE
Community amenities don't maintain themselves. Budgets don't balance

A NEIGHBOR WHO DOES THE HOMEWORK
Ginny moved here when her youngest was a toddler and has called Lake St.
Charles home ever since. She earned her MBA from USF while raising her older
daughter on her own and working at TECO. She joined the board not for a
title, but to help protect a community her family loves.
